Membership Registration Procedures

OBLIGATION TO REGISTER WITH THE EXCHANGE
In accordance with Article 32 of Law No. 5174, any company that conducts the purchase or sale of commodities listed in the Exchange Quotations above the minimum quantities must register with the exchange in their location. Companies that do not comply will have their registration made ex officio by the exchange, and they will be notified accordingly.

(FOR INDIVIDUALS)
- Original or certified copy of the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette or the Turkish Tradesmen and Artisans Registry Gazette showing the registration of commodities listed in the exchange quotation for the relevant activity.  
- Certified copy of the population registration.  
- Proof of residence.  
- Three recent passport-sized photos.  
- Tax certificate or a document showing the tax registration.

(FOR LEGAL ENTITIES)
- Original or certified copy of the Trade Registry Gazette in which the registration announcement was published, or certified copy of the Trade Registry certificate.  
- Certified population registration for the representatives.  
- Three recent passport-sized photos of the representatives.  
- Proof of residence for the representatives.  
- Tax certificate or a document showing the tax registration.
