To carry out commodity exchange activities within the framework of the powers, duties, and responsibilities granted by the TOBB Commodity Exchange Law and regulations, to engage in lobbying activities to remove obstacles in trade, and to work on social and economic projects for sustainable agriculture and livestock.

Quality and Accreditation Policy

To be an exchange that applies the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and TOBB Accreditation requirements, continuously improving itself with its organizational structure, top management, and all personnel, constantly enhancing the services it provides, creating effective and value-added benefits for its members, and focusing on customer satisfaction.

Financial Policy

The financial management of the Exchange is carried out according to the principles of single-entry accounting rules, ensuring appropriateness, efficiency, prudence, and a balanced budget.

Expenditures are planned and executed in compliance with legal requirements, based on the proposal of the Board of Directors and approval by the Assembly.

Accurate and timely information sharing is ensured for the collection of revenues and the disbursement of expenses. Like all processes of the Exchange, the financial process is managed according to risk management principles and is spent on activities that will add value to its members.

Our Exchange has adopted the following principles from personnel selection to management:

  • Considers requests, suggestions, complaints, and even expectations from its members as an opportunity for improvement and evaluates them in a fast, efficient, objective, fair, and confidential manner,
  • Acts in accordance with the ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management System principles and resolves complaints without any material expectation or demand for compensation,
  • Rewards members with success stories to encourage other members to take inspiration from them,

To be an exchange that uses all the new communication and information opportunities provided by the world of technology to share accurate information with its members, stakeholders, and the public, to generate projects by conveying investment and economic opportunities, and to create corporate and regional added value.

Our Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) Policy

To be an exchange that utilizes the necessary communication technologies in its corporate structure, with a focus on information security and confidentiality, continuously renewing and improving its infrastructure, generating data for effective and accurate decision-making, sharing the generated data, respecting intellectual property rights, and eliminating all forms of information pollution and associated risks.
