This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the person ("Member") who registers as a member of the site kayseritb.org.tr ("Site") to use the services provided by the Site, and kayseritb.org.tr ("Company"). By using the Site, you declare that you accept this Agreement.

1. Definitions

  • Site: Refers to the kayseritb.org.tr website and mobile applications.
  • Member: A natural or legal person who registers as a member of the Site and benefits from the services offered on the Site.
  • Services: The services provided within the scope and conditions determined by the Company on the Site.

2. Membership Conditions

  • 2.1. The Member agrees that all the information provided during the registration process is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
  • 2.2. The Member agrees that they will use the content and services on the Site only for personal purposes and will not use them for commercial purposes.
  • 2.3. Upon completing the membership process, a username and password will be assigned to the Member. The Member is responsible for the security of their username and password.

3. Scope of Services

  • 3.1. The Company reserves the right to change, expand, or reduce the content and scope of the services offered on the Site at any time.
  • 3.2. It is not guaranteed that the services will be uninterrupted and continuous. The Company cannot be held responsible for any interruptions in the services due to technical failures or maintenance work.

4. Member's Responsibilities

  • 4.1. The Member is obliged to comply with all applicable legal regulations, this Agreement, and the other rules stated on the Site while using the Site.
  • 4.2. The Member is responsible for all transactions and actions they carry out on the Site.
  • 4.3. The Member cannot engage in any activity that threatens the security of the Site, interferes with its operation, or causes harm.

5. Privacy and Security

  • 5.1. The Company will store and use the Member's personal information in accordance with the conditions specified in the Privacy Policy.
  • 5.2. The Member is responsible for notifying the Company if they do not want their personal information to be shared with other members on the Site.

6. Termination and Account Closure

  • 6.1. The Member has the right to terminate their membership at any time. In this case, the Member's account will be closed, and access to the Site will be restricted.
  • 6.2. The Company has the right to suspend or terminate the membership if the Member acts in violation of this Agreement.

7. Changes to the Agreement

  • 7.1. The Company has the right to change this Agreement at any time. The changes will be effective from the date they are published on the Site.
  • 7.2. If the Member does not accept the changes made to the Agreement, they may terminate their membership.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  • 8.1. This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and will be interpreted according to these laws.
  • 8.2. Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be resolved by the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul.

9. Validity

  • 9.1. This Agreement will enter into force when the Member electronically accepts it.
