  • Request information if their personal data has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
  • Request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect,
  • Request the deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK,
  • Request the notification of third parties to whom personal data has been transferred about the correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data,
  • Object to the processing of personal data exclusively through automated systems resulting in a negative consequence for the person,
  • Request compensation for damages caused due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
