The Domestic Goods Certificate application was initiated under the "Domestic Goods Communiqué" published in the Official Gazette dated 13.09.2014 and numbered 29118. With the "Amendment to the Domestic Goods Communiqué (SGM 2017/5)" published in the Official Gazette dated 10 June 2017 and numbered 30092, the Turkish Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB) began overseeing the issuance of Domestic Goods Certificates by our exchange starting from 1 July 2017.

For your application for a Domestic Goods Certificate, the application documents should include the payment receipts for the following fees: a 900 TL fee paid to the Union's bank accounts and a 525 TL fee paid to our exchange's bank accounts.
