Specialized Commodity Exchange

Dear Member,

All investors wishing to carry out the purchase or sale of Electronic Product Certificates (ELÜS) on the Turkey Commodity Exchange (TÜRİB) platform must apply to our exchange, which acts as the agent, by filling out the forms listed below and submitting the required documents.

Documents Required for Real Persons:

• A photocopy of the Identity Card
• One of the valid documents for address verification (residence certificate, utility bill, etc.)
• Real Person Customer Identification Form (Appendix/2 or Appendix/3-b if appointing an agent)
• (In case of appointing an agent for the real person, a notarized power of attorney should be provided, and Appendix/3-b must be attached.)
• A document showing the investment account from the intermediary institution or bank
• (The ELÜS Investment Account Information Form, which includes the ELÜS account number and MKK (Central Registry Agency) registration number)
• Investor Disclosure, Approval, and Commitment Document (Investor Commitment) (Appendix/4)

Documents Required for Legal Entities:

• A copy of the Trade Registry Gazette showing the establishment announcement
• A copy of the Activity Certificate obtained from the Trade Registry
• A copy of the Tax Certificate
• Signature Circular
• Legal Entity Customer Identification and Representative Appointment Form (Appendix/3-a)
• (A decision taken by the authorized body of the legal entity for the appointment of a representative, along with the signature circular showing that the decision was made by authorized persons, must be attached.)
• A document showing the investment account from the intermediary institution or bank
• (The ELÜS Investment Account Information Form, which includes the ELÜS account number and MKK (Central Registry Agency) registration number)
• Investor Disclosure, Approval, and Commitment Document (Investor Commitment) (Appendix/4)
